My approach is to meet the student or small group, at their level of competence. I use reading, rhymes, song, and language exercises from the Québec government’s francisation courses. I have also had success with flash cards and nature walks. Everything is legal that puts the student at ease and inspires understanding.
My goal is to help students find resources and to create an environment in their everyday that promotes learning. I want you to hear language the way I was taught to hear it as a child; I want French and English to be seamless in your ears. Most importantly – I want to make French learning fun.....
